*Heavily modified printers and end-of-life equipment are typically harder to find parts for, and we will let you know if we are unable to service your machine. If we can’t fix your machine, we do not charge you for the repair. A troubleshooting fee may still be applicable, and we will let you know of this before we attempt a repair.
